My own personal blog! Those who know me well are probably surprised that I am embracing technology and social networking outlets like this blog. I must admit, I surprised myself! But, when you are married to a technology genuis like Derek, the real question is... What took me so long! The primary motivation for me to start this now is my upcoming trip to Bryn Mawr College for a women's summer leadership institute. This is going to be such an incredible opportunity that I wanted to capture every moment, every insight, and share pictures of the incredible new friends that I will be making over the next month. So, check out this site for continual updates about my Bryn Mawr journey from June 19th - July 15th. After Bryn Mawr, my intention is to use this blog to capture my thoughts and ideas that will create examples of "Mona Making It Happen" for myself and those around me.
